Following sustained investment and strong commercial performance, the business is expanding its customer engagement function to support the next phase of growth. This CRM Manager position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of lifecycle marketing strategy within a platform used by millions, driving meaningful improvements in engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.
The CRM Manager will lead the development and optimisation of lifecycle marketing initiatives that influence customer behaviour across the full user journey.
  
Role Highlights
  • Design and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging
  • Drive customer activation and retention through behavioural segmentation strategies
  • Own and execute A/B testing programmes to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Analyse performance data to link CRM activity with revenue and retention outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to embed CRM into growth plans
  
You Will Need
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools
  • Background in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing within a digital or marketplace business
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to connect campaign performance to commercial impact
  • Experience building scalable CRM processes and automated customer journeys
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
