The CRM Manager will own and evolve the end-to-end CRM function, transforming it into a core growth engine that drives acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-led lifecycle marketing.
  
Role Highlights
– Build and optimise automated lifecycle journeys across the customer funnel
– Drive measurable growth through upgrades, cross-sell, and retention strategies
– Lead CRM operations, ensuring consistency, QA, and scalable processes
– Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape CRM systems and roadmap
– Report on CRM performance, linking activity directly to revenue impact
  
You Will Need
– 5–7+ years’ CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in SaaS, B2B, or marketplace environments
– Hands-on expertise with Braze or similar CRM platforms
– Proven success transitioning from campaigns to automated lifecycle journeys
– Strong data and analytics capability, including segmentation and SQL basics
– Experience managing teams while remaining hands-on in execution
