The CRM Manager will take ownership of the retention and lifecycle marketing strategy across a fast-growing D2C subscription business. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong hands-on Klaviyo expertise with commercial thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the confidence to collaborate across growth, brand, and product teams. There is strong potential for this position to become permanent following the initial contract period.
Role Highlights
– Own CRM strategy across email and retention channels
– Build and optimise Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and segmentation
– Improve subscriber retention, churn reduction, and customer LTV
– Analyse CRM performance data and identify growth opportunities

You Will Need
– Proven hands-on Klaviyo experience within a D2C business
– Strong understanding of retention and subscription-based models
– Experience building automated flows and lifecycle campaigns
– Ability to write commercially effective email copy
