The Role
The CRM Manager will take ownership of the customer lifecycle, developing a commercially focused CRM strategy that improves conversion, engagement, retention and renewal. This is a newly created position offering the autonomy to shape the function, establish meaningful performance measures and build personalised customer journeys from the ground up.

Role Highlights:
  • Own the CRM strategy: Shape customer journeys from initial enquiry and onboarding through to ongoing engagement, renewal and win-back campaigns.
  • Drive commercial performance: Improve retention and renewal rates by identifying opportunities, setting KPIs and measuring the impact of every campaign.
  • Build smarter customer journeys: Develop segmentation, personalisation and targeted communications that deliver relevant experiences at every stage of the customer relationship.
  • Lead the platform: Take ownership of Iterable, using automation, testing and data insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Influence across the business: Partner with marketing, product, engineering, creative and compliance teams to turn ideas into effective customer experiences.

You Will Need
  • Proven experience owning CRM and lifecycle marketing within a direct-to-consumer or customer-focused business.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM automation platform such as Iterable or Braze, including building journeys, campaigns and audience segments.
  • A strong commercial mindset, with evidence of improving retention, renewal or conversion through measurable CRM activity.
  • Confidence analysing campaign performance, establishing KPIs and using A/B testing to improve results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to brief creative teams, influence senior colleagues and use AI tools effectively.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, telecoms or subscription-based businesses would be particularly valuable.

Why You'll Love It
  • Salary up to £60,000, with the opportunity to make a visible commercial impact.
  • Fully remote working, plus a contribution towards your home-working setup.
  • 28 days of annual leave and private health insurance.
  • A genuinely down-to-earth culture, with regular company retreats, social events and team-building opportunities.
  • Real career progression, with scope to help expand the CRM function as the business grows.
