£50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus

This is a strong opportunity to shape end-to-end customer journeys and directly influence revenue, retention, and brand advocacy.

The CRM Manager will take ownership of lifecycle campaigns focused on lead conversion, customer reactivation, and referral growth, using a data-led, multi-channel approach to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

  

Role Highlights

  • Own and optimise lead capture, nurture, and conversion journeys
  • Build and scale winback strategies to re-engage lapsed customers
  • Develop high-performing referral programmes to drive acquisition
  • Execute campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and emerging channels
  • Test, analyse, and iterate campaigns to improve ROI and lifetime value

  

You Will Need

  • 3–5+ years’ CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Klaviyo
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and deliverability
  • Proven track record in A/B testing and performance optimisation
  • Commercial mindset with confidence, interpreting and acting on data
