CRM Specialist
Our client is a data-led, customer-first organisation using CRM as a true growth engine rather than a broadcast tool. You’ll join a collaborative Lifecycle team working closely with marketing, product, data, and clinical stakeholders, where insight, experimentation, and execution combine to deliver measurable revenue impact. The CRM Specialist will play a central role in driving performance across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels, contributing directly to conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Role Highlights
– Design and execute high-impact lifecycle campaigns across owned channels
– Launch and optimise automated flows aligned to funnel and journey stages
– Treat CRM channels as performance drivers, not just communications
– Partner with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to deliver revenue growth
– Support reactivation, conversion, and retention initiatives at scale
You Will Need
– Proven experience building and optimising CRM and email campaigns
– Strong HTML capability for building and editing emails
– Confidence running A/B tests to improve CVR, LTV, CAC, and retention
– Data-led mindset with experience using tools like Looker, Mixpanel, or Metabase
– Hands-on experience with multiple CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Hubspot etc
