The CRO & Analytics Manager will drive measurable improvements across digital journeys by owning end-to-end experimentation, analytics infrastructure, and tracking strategies. The CRO & Analytics Manager will drive measurable improvements across digital journeys by owning end-to-end experimentation, analytics infrastructure, and tracking strategies. Sitting in a high-impact digital team, you’ll optimise the website experience for guests, refine personalisation, and deliver clear reporting to support senior stakeholders.
Role Highlights:
- Lead and execute A/B and multivariate testing through AB Tasty across full user journeys
- Optimise site-wide design, content, functionality, and merchandising performance
- Build and manage GA4 tracking, reports, and event tagging across devices
- Own Google Tag Manager setup and governance, ensuring robust, GDPR-compliant data
- Collaborate with content, UX, and tech teams to implement experiments and unlock insights
You Will Need:
- Demonstrable experience running CRO programmes in mid-to-large consumer brands
- Proven knowledge of GA4 and GTM, including custom event setup and tagging
- Confident with front-end testing (JavaScript, CSS, HTML) and data-layer logic
- Strong reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into business impact
- Ideally Google Analytics certified, with a flair for experimentation and detail
