The Culture and Employee Engagement Lead will lead a central culture hub, acting as the driving force behind bringing the estate’s values to life. You’ll champion belonging, collaboration, and high performance across all teams and service partners.

The Culture and Employee Engagement Lead will…
– Shape and deliver the culture strategy in collaboration with senior leadership
– Translate purpose into operational and property management plans
– Lead communications across teams and represent the culture hub at leadership level
– Drive engagement through training, career development and continuous improvement
– Champion wellbeing and recognition programmes across the estate
  
You Will Need
– Significant experience in employee engagement and culture building initiatives, ideally with change management exposure
– Strategic thinking and the ability to align purpose with business performance
– Experience working with employees desk based and hard to reach
