The Customer Marketing Manager will be the bridge between marketing and customer success—developing campaigns that inform, engage, and inspire long-term advocacy.
  
Role Highlights
– Design and deliver the end-to-end customer marketing strategy that drives retention and growth.
– Create compelling nurture and engagement programmes across email, product, and events.
– Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to craft educational content and webinars.
– Develop a customer advocacy programme that builds case studies, testimonials, and references.
– Monitor engagement and satisfaction KPIs, using insights to shape future campaigns.
  
You Will Need
– 5 + years’ experience in B2B customer marketing, ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity.
– Proven success delivering strategies that improve retention and reduce churn.
– Strong understanding of data-driven marketing using HubSpot or Salesforce.
– Confident writer and storyteller who can turn insight into action.
– Strategic yet hands-on approach, thriving in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
