About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing B2B marketing agency that partners with clients across the UK, Europe, and the US.
You’ll be the strategic link between the client and internal teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, clients see measurable success, and renewals and upsells are maximized. This is a hands-on role where relationship management, data fluency, and commercial acumen come together.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of ~20–25 client accounts, acting as the main point of contact post-sale.
  • Lead onboarding and campaign kickoff calls alongside internal teams.
  • Collaborate with strategists and data engineers to shape client campaigns and approve targeting, messaging, and data lists.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization, renewal, and upsell.
  • Maintain regular client communication through reports, monthly reviews, and Slack channels.
  • Handle client feedback and challenging conversations confidently, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with leadership to hit individual revenue targets and contribute to company growth.

About You
We’re looking for someone who’s:
  • Experienced: 2–3+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role.
  • Commercial: Confident discussing ROI, renewals, and upsells.
  • Analytical: Comfortable with data, reporting, and campaign metrics.
  • Agency-minded: Ideally from a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment — fast-paced and adaptable.
  • Communicative: Strong presentation and client management skills; able to handle both good and tough conversations with professionalism.
  • Collaborative: Enjoys working cross-functionally with strategy, data, and sales teams.

Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Hybrid working: 3 set office days (Mon, Tue, Thu) and 2 WFH days (Wed, Fri).
  • Flexible start times (8–9am) and early Friday finishes (3pm).
  • Supportive, down-to-earth culture where everyone gets stuck in.
  • Sociable team — monthly outings, team lunches, and the famous “Curry Club.”
  • Opportunities to grow in a scaling, international business.

Compensation
£35,000–£45,000 base salary (depending on experience)
 Quarterly commission
