The Customer Success Manager – MENA will manage a strategic client portfolio across the Middle East, translating complex data-led capabilities into measurable outcomes. You’ll guide global advertisers, agencies and commerce partners through the full data lifecycle—identity resolution, onboarding, activation, clean-room collaboration and analytics—ensuring commercial goals are always met. This is a trusted, relationship-led role where technical fluency and regional empathy matter.

The Customer Success Manager – MENA will...

– Lead retention, adoption, and expansion across MENA-based enterprise accounts
– Represent both the technical and commercial voice of the client, up to C-level
– Drive adoption of identity, data onboarding, and clean-room collaboration tools
– Coordinate QBRs, forecasting, renewals and strategic planning
– Travel frequently to meet stakeholders face-to-face and embed long-term trust

The Customer Success Manager – MENA will bring...

– 5+ years in SaaS customer success or account management, ideally AdTech/Data-focused
– Direct experience working in or with the MENA region
– Strong understanding of identity resolution, audience targeting or data platforms
– Confidence managing renewals, objections, and cross-sell discussions
– Exceptional stakeholder engagement, across technical and business functions
