We’re working with a high-growth eCommerce SaaS company helping top global brands thrive across Amazon, Walmart, and other online marketplaces. Following rapid expansion across EMEA, they’re now hiring a commercially-savvy Customer Success Manager to support key clients and drive value through strategic, data-led partnerships.
  
The Customer Success Manager will work across a varied book of commerce clients—guiding onboarding, boosting platform adoption, and identifying growth opportunities. You'll play a key role in shaping how brands get the best from their retail media tools, while feeding insights back to improve product features.
  
Role Highlights
– Support onboarding, ongoing optimisation, and retention across a portfolio of clients
– Troubleshoot product usage issues and highlight new feature benefits
– Recommend upsell opportunities and help clients scale their usage
– Share client feedback with Product to influence future roadmap
– Stay up to date with retail media trends and Amazon’s latest tools
  
You Will Need
– Experience managing Amazon accounts in-house or via agency
– Familiarity with other retail platforms (e.g., Walmart, Target) is a plus
– Analytical approach to account health and performance metrics
– Fluent in English + one European language (German, French or Spanish)
– Clear communicator, confident managing multiple stakeholders
