The Customer Success Manager will join a growing international team, taking the lead on customer onboarding, training, and engagement across a market-defining SaaS platform. You'll act as the strategic link between Sales, Product and Customer Support to deliver world-class service to a diverse client base.

The Customer Success Manager will: – Build lasting client relationships across legal and commercial teams

– Deliver tailored onboarding programmes for teams of all sizes
– Facilitate product adoption through training, analysis, and ongoing optimisation
– Use customer insights to inform future product improvements and internal strategies
– Support renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across a multi-country client base

You Will Need: – A 2:1+ degree 

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– A naturally confident, empathetic and articulate customer-facing manner
– Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities
– Curiosity and comfort with SaaS tools and new tech
– Ideally language skills in either German, French or Spanish
