The Growth Marketing Manager will take full ownership of demand generation bringing campaigns in-house, launching ABM programmes, and building a high-performance marketing engine to fuel sales.
  
Role Highlights
The Growth Marketing Manager will...
– Take over all LinkedIn, Google and Bing ad campaigns, managing end-to-end delivery
– Design ABM programmes (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many) in tight partnership with Sales
– Own audience segmentation and automation in HubSpot Marketing Hub
– Instil a test-and-learn culture: run fast experiments, scale what works
– Deliver insights-rich performance reporting to commercial and leadership teams
  
You Will Need
The Growth Marketing Manager will need...
– 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen, ideally in scale-up environments
– Deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google/Bing Ads
– Proven ability to deliver multi-tier ABM strategies
– Strong HubSpot automation and attribution knowledge
– Confident use of AI tools and a data-led mindset
