We’re partnered with a fast-growing SaaS business operating within workflow infrastructure. Their platform supports large-scale organisations across sectors including HR tech, healthcare, coaching and marketplaces, helping businesses manage complex scheduling, meeting intelligence and operational workflows securely and at scale.

With strong inbound demand, an expanding product suite and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join the London team and drive the next phase of marketing growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on marketer to join a high-performing business with strong product-market fit and a collaborative, engineering-led culture.

The Demand Generation Manager will:
  • Own and execute demand generation campaigns across digital, content, paid and lifecycle marketing channels.
  • Develop and optimise marketing programmes that drive pipeline growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Partner closely with sales, product and engineering teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to continuously test, learn and improve results.
  • Support positioning, messaging and go-to-market activity as new products and capabilities are launched.
  • Contribute to account-based marketing initiatives and targeted outbound growth strategies.
  • Work within a highly compliance-focused environment where data privacy and evidence-based decision making are central to the marketing approach.
Required skills and experience:
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
  • Strong demand generation or growth marketing experience within mid-market or enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on campaign execution skills across multiple marketing channels.
  • Data-led mindset with experience using analytics and experimentation to improve performance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, technical and product teams.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced scale-up environments with evolving priorities.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Exposure to ABM and enterprise marketing strategies would be advantageous.
  • Curious, collaborative and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.
