Performance Marketing

We're working with a leading, high-growth consumer business operating within the health, wellness and lifestyle space. With a large and growing customer base and an ambitious expansion strategy, they are looking for a Digital & Performance Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and commercial growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a performance marketer to join a high-performing, collaborative team and take ownership of campaign delivery across paid search and paid social, with clear responsibility for driving measurable commercial results.

The Digital & Performance Marketing Executive will:
  • Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across PPC and paid social to drive new member growth.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to maximise ROI and meet trading targets.
  • Support new location openings and regional campaigns, ensuring activity is tailored to local market needs.
  • Work closely with agency partners and internal teams across Brand, eCommerce, CRM and Analytics to deliver effective, integrated campaigns.
  • Track and report on campaign results, providing clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Test new channels and tactics to identify opportunities for growth and scale what works.
Required skills and experience:
  • 1-3 years' experience in a performance marketing role, either agency-side or in-house, with hands-on experience across paid media channels.
  • Demonstrable experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of paid search principles and the evolving search landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present campaign performance and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
