The Digital Demand Generation Manager will lead performance-driven digital strategy across paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing and conversion optimisation, ensuring marketing investment translates into qualified pipeline and commercial return.

Role Highlights – The Digital Demand Generation Manager will:
– Lead multi-channel B2B acquisition campaigns to grow MQLs and SQLs
– Own CRM and automation strategy across HubSpot and Salesforce
– Optimise paid media across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and LinkedIn
– Drive CRO initiatives to improve funnel and landing page performance
– Align closely with Sales to strengthen qualification and pipeline velocity
