An exciting opportunity for a talented digital native Marketing Designer to join an ambitious, fast-growing consumer business at a pivotal point in its evolution. With significant investment being made into marketing, creative and brand development, this is a chance to take real ownership of the visual output across a growing portfolio of digital and offline channels.

Working closely with the Head of Design and wider Marketing team, you'll play a key role in bringing an exciting new brand direction to life, producing distinctive, high-impact creative that captures attention, engages customers and supports commercial growth. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who combines strong design craft with creative thinking, particularly across motion and performance marketing.

  • A designer with genuine motion and video capabilities. This is a non-negotiable part of the role. You'll have demonstrable experience creating animated, video-led and motion-based marketing assets, particularly for paid social and performance campaigns. You'll be comfortable bringing static concepts to life and understanding how movement can make creative more engaging and effective
  • Someone with a strong visual identity and portfolio that demonstrates creative ambition. The business is evolving its brand into something much bolder, brighter and more distinctive, so we're looking for someone whose natural design sensibility aligns with this direction. You'll work closely with the Head of Design, Product Designers and Performance Marketing team, contributing to campaign concepts, participating in creative discussions and proactively bringing ideas to the table. Your ability to communicate, share ideas and respond constructively to feedback will be equally important as your design skills
  • Someone who can translate brand guidelines into consistent, high-quality creative at pace. You'll be joining during a significant brand evolution, helping stress-test and implement new guidelines across multiple touchpoints. You'll understand how to maintain a recognisable visual identity while adapting assets for different channels, working efficiently without compromising on creative quality

What you're great at -
  • Confident using industry-standard design tools to produce polished digital and print assets, with the flexibility to work across different creative technologies and workflows
  • Creating animated social assets, video-led advertisements, 2D animation and motion-based campaign creative. You understand the requirements of paid social and know how to produce engaging assets that work within different platform specifications
  • Designing for Meta and other paid channels, understanding creative variations, different formats, audience considerations and the importance of testing and iterating based on campaign performance
  • Overseeing & producing multichannel design, across social media content, display advertising, web banners, email assets, landing page creative, campaign materials and, ideally, offline assets such as OOH, event stands and print collateral
  • Translating established brand guidelines into compelling creative, with a strong understanding of typography, layout, imagery, visual consistency and art direction. Experience working alongside compliance or legal teams to accommodate regulatory messaging would be beneficial
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, presenting creative concepts, explaining design decisions and incorporating feedback. You can challenge a brief constructively and know when to push creative thinking further
