What they need
- Someone who loves building and evolving brands, with a strong eye for detail and consistency
- A designer to develop and maintaining the brand look & feel, ensuring everything feels cohesive & premium - from website pages, to bringing campaigns to life across social (organic & paid), and other digital marketing channels
- You’ll support with product packaging design and print assets - from labels, inserts, and POS, working confidently with suppliers to deliver a seamless multichannel brand experience
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where no two weeks look the same
- A designer who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, from concept through to execution
- Someone confident collaborating closely with founders and cross-functional teams
- Brand identity development, visual systems and maintaining brand guidelines
- Digital design for websites, landing pages and UI, using Figma with usability and conversion in mind
- Creating campaign assets for organic and paid social across Instagram, TikTok and Stories
- Designing for print and packaging, including production-ready artwork and supplier handover
- Using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) across brand, marketing and commercial assets
- High creative ownership with real visibility and impact
