The Performance Marketing Lead will drive growth through performance marketing and strategic leadership. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll own acquisition performance, manage digital strategy, and lead a team of specialists. It’s a hands-on, high-ownership role in an e-commerce business where digital is the growth engine.
  
Role Highlights
The Performance Marketing Lead will…
– Lead, mentor and develop a team focused on paid media, affiliates and SEO
– Own performance marketing strategy and optimise multi-million-pound campaigns
– Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product and Creative teams
– Deliver clear, data-led performance reporting to leadership
– Test, learn and scale new digital growth initiatives across the funnel
  
You Will Need
– Proven experience managing budgets over £5m in a D2C or e-commerce setting
– Hands-on expertise in paid search, & paid social
– Strong analytical mindset with a focus on CPA, ROAS and ROI
– Track record of growing brands and leading high-performing teams
– Ability to simplify complex performance data for senior stakeholders
