We're partnered with an ambitious fintech business that's investing heavily in its commercial growth strategy and expanding its marketing team.
Following the appointment of a new marketing leader, the business is moving away from a traditional, regulation-led approach towards a far more commercially focused marketing function. As part of that transformation, they're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of their digital channels, drive performance and help shape the next phase of growth.

This is a broad, hands-on role with plenty of autonomy. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to improve digital performance across multiple business lines while helping establish best practice across paid media, SEO, CRM and marketing operations.

The Digital Marketing Lead will:
  • Own and develop the digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, CRM and website performance.
  • Lead paid acquisition activity, with LinkedIn a key priority channel.
  • Drive technical SEO strategy and work closely with internal stakeholders on content planning.
  • Take ownership of marketing automation, CRM and reporting, helping improve lead management and campaign performance.
  • Manage website optimisation projects, working with internal and offshore development teams.
  • Analyse performance, identify opportunities and make data-led recommendations to improve digital effectiveness.
  • Help introduce new digital capabilities and contribute to wider AI initiatives across the marketing function.
  • Work closely with sales and leadership teams to ensure marketing activity supports commercial objectives.
Required skills:
  • Proven experience in a broad digital marketing role within B2B SaaS, fintech or financial services.
  • Strong hands-on experience across paid media and technical SEO.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Eloqua.
  • Comfortable working with marketing data, reporting and campaign performance analysis.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions and work independently.
  • Experience marketing to financial institutions or enterprise B2B audiences would be highly advantageous.
