We're working with a Global Fashion Powerhouse in London who are hiring for a Digital Trading Manager. This heritage brand has a wide audience and is well known for creating bold, contemporary styles with all their designs being developed in-house.
  
As Digital Trading Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team, taking ownership of site trading across their US and EU markets, and leading a team of 3x direct reports. It's a very collaborative and supportive team where everyone pulls together and are hungry for growth!
  
About the role:

• Lead & drive the digital trading strategy for US/EU, aligning with global goals
• Manage site promotions, campaign calendars and merchandising setup via SFCC
• Forecast and report on online performance weekly, monthly and seasonally
• Optimise site navigation, search, product placement and customer journeys
• Lead and upskill a team of 3x direct reports

  
About You:

• Fashion Retail experience is essential
• Previous digital experience
• Background in forecasting and budget setting
• Analytical and Strategic
• Solid leadership experience – management experience, upskilling etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• International experience is a plus
• Salesforce experience is a plus
