London (4 days per week in office)
£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus

I am working with a DTC Supplements company in London to help them hire for a brand new role on their team, an Ecommerce CRO Manager.

The brand uses science and natural agents to support people with health and longevity and enables them to live longer, healthier lives. They have experienced rapid growth over the last 2 years and are now building out their team with several key roles!

This is a role with lots of autonomy and opportunities to make an impact in an early stage startup. You must be a CRO expert with a love for testing and improving and obsessed with the entire customer journey - from first impression through to checkout!

About the Role:
  • Website Rollout: Lead the launch of their new website with dev agency.
  • CRO & Testing: Build & run a rigorous testing roadmap, prioritising A/B tests on landing pages, PDPs, and upsell flows.
  • UX Optimisation: Ensure a mobile-first, conversion-focused experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics like CVR, bounce rate, AOV, and funnel drop-off.
  • CRO tools: Such as Clarity, Hotjar & VWO to surface friction points and qualitative insights.
  • Landing Pages: Brief, wireframe, and iterate custom pages for paid and product drops.
  • Project Management: Align internal and external teams to ship quality work fast.
  • Customer Insight: Use feedback and support data to drive site improvements.
  • Amazon Storefront: Own content, layout, and A+ updates for our Amazon presence.

Ideal Candidate:
  • 3+ years experience in a CRO focused role
  • DTC background - ideally in Health/Lifestyle/Wellness/Supplements space
  • CRO mindset with a love for constant iteration and data-backed decisions - this is key!
  • Proven impact on site performance through testing + UX tweaks
  • Fluent in reporting & analysis - confident using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Triple Whale or custom dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Clear communicator and strong PM skills
  • Strong grasp of eCom metrics - CVR, AOV, LTV, CAC, MER

Benefits:
  • Bonus scheme
  • Career Progression Opportunities
  • 25 days holiday + Birthday Off
  • Flexi working hours
  • Work abroad for up to 3 weeks per year
  • Pension Scheme
  • Company Apple MacBook
