We are working with a fast-growing premium consumer brand that is redefining its sector through science-led innovation and a direct-to-consumer model. With a strong international customer base and ambitious growth plans, the business continues to invest in its digital ecosystem to deliver a seamless and high-quality online experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced E-commerce Executive to join a high-performing digital team and play a hands-on role in maintaining and optimising a global Shopify website. The organisation places a strong emphasis on quality, attention to detail and data-led decision making, giving you the chance to directly influence online performance and customer experience.

The E-commerce Executive will support the daily performance, optimisation and operational health of the company’s international e-commerce platforms.

Role Highlights
– Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify storefronts across multiple regions
– Support trading activity including campaigns, launches and promotions
– Maintain site health through rigorous QA of updates and releases
– Monitor core ecommerce metrics such as conversion rate, revenue and AOV
– Coordinate with developers and internal teams to resolve technical issues

You Will Need
– At least 2 years’ experience working with Shopify in a DTC environment
– Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, UX and conversion optimisation
– Experience analysing performance using GA4 or ecommerce analytics tools
– Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
– Confidence working cross-functionally with marketing, development and operations teams
