We are working with a fast-growing Luxury Fashion brand to help them hire for an Ecommerce Executive. The brand blends vibrant beach style culture with city elegance and offers a range of menswear, accessories and standout online experiences.
  
With global expansion on the horizon and a vibrant team in place, this is the perfect time to step into a role that promises progression, purpose, and a real digital impact. You will manage the brands online trading, site performance and customer service.
  
Please note this role will involve customer service responsibilities initially to cover a maternity leave!
  
About the Role:

• Lead day-to-day Shopify site management, from product launches to merchandising
• Ensure site health by spotting and escalating bugs or content issues
• Collaborate with marketing to align creative assets with trading calendars
• Support SEO improvements and weekly trade analysis
• Deliver outstanding customer service via email and returns

  
About You:

• 1-2 years experience in Ecommerce
• Ideally worked for a Fashion, Retail or Lifestyle brand
• Confident using Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics or similar tools
• Customer first mindset - ideally experience with customer service platforms such as Zendesk or Gorgias
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
