E-commerce Executive
£35,000–£45,000 per annum
London | Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day remote)
Our client is a fast-scaling, science-led wellness brand redefining what premium health looks like on a global stage. Since launch, they have built a powerful direct-to-consumer presence across the UK, US and international markets, driven by innovation, credibility and exceptional customer experience. With continued growth across digital channels, they are investing further in their ecommerce capability to ensure every onsite interaction reflects their high standards and commercial ambition.
The E-commerce Executive will play a hands-on role in optimising and maintaining multiple Shopify storefronts, ensuring performance, functionality and customer journey excellence across key global markets.
Role Highlights – Manage day-to-day trading and site health across UK, US and ROW Shopify stores
– QA all site updates, campaigns and product launches to premium standards
– Support onsite merchandising across homepage, collections and PDPs
– Monitor revenue, conversion rate, AOV and funnel performance
– Assist with A/B testing and implement CRO improvements across the journey
You Will Need – At least 2 years’ hands-on Shopify experience within a DTC brand
– Strong grasp of ecommerce trading, UX principles and QA processes
– Experience supporting international storefronts including US markets
– Confidence using GA4, Shopify analytics and performance reporting tools
– Meticulous attention to detail with a commercially aware mindset
