We are working with the UK's leading FMCG wellness brand - premium, purpose-led and scaling rapidly after a successful investment round at the start of the year. With a D2C model and a new brand identity underway, their momentum is backed by product cult-status, an agile team and a "get things done" mentality.
  
They are scaling the team and hope to get to 30 people by the end of this year. We have already successfully hired for a Performance Marketing Manager & a CRM Manager so it's an exciting time to be joining the team as their first Ecommerce Manager!
  
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role, where you will support their Head of Digital & CEO across all ecommerce operations including CRO, website optimisation, testing and helping them bring products to life on Shopify, Amazon & new emerging marketplaces
  
  • Deliver and manage promotional campaigns across ecommerce channels
  • Trade the Amazon store via merchandising, pricing, and compliance
  • Coordinate product launches, on-site updates, and campaign rollouts
  • Improve conversion through CRO, content testing, and customer journey mapping
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot, optimise and expand to new platforms
  
About You:
  • 1–2 years’ experience in ecommerce, ideally working in a high-growth DTC
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo or similar platforms
  • Previous Amazon experience is a huge bonus
  • Data confidence – able to analyse and report on performance clearly
  • Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of CRO, SEO, and online merchandising
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, scaling business
