Having recently migrated to a new Shopify Plus platform, the Ecommerce Manager will take full ownership of their online store - shaping strategy, optimising performance, and enhancing the customer journey. About the Role:
- Manage daily operations of the Shopify Plus site, ensuring seamless UX across mobile and desktop
- Own the ecommerce trading calendar, aligned to marketing campaigns and seasonal activity
- Use analytics to drive conversion, influence site improvements, and optimise performance metrics
- Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, and Content teams to support integrated campaign delivery
- Oversee agency relationships and internal collaboration for technical development and brand consistency
About You:
- Hands-on Shopify Plus experience and a proven ecommerce trading mindset
- Strong skills in conversion rate optimisation, UX, and customer journey mapping
- Confidence analysing data and presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Experience leading web projects and coordinating with developers, designers, and marketers
- A self-starter attitude, equally comfortable working autonomously or cross-functionally
