We're working with a fast-scaling DTC Consumer brand in Manchester to help them hire for an Ecommerce Manager. Known for their creative campaigns and cult following, the brand has grown rapidly in just a few years and are showing no signs of slowing down as they expand across DTC, Amazon and Mobile.
This is an exciting opportunity to supercharge trading and unlock new levels of online performance, whilst gaining exposure across digital sales, UX, CRO and multichannel strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to supercharge trading and unlock new levels of online performance, whilst gaining exposure across digital sales, UX, CRO and multichannel strategy.
About the Role:
- Own DTC ecommerce revenue, conversion rate, AOV and overall site performance
- Drive daily, weekly and seasonal trading across web, app and marketplace
- Optimise site merchandising, UX, pricing and PDPs to maximise AOV
- Own Amazon performance: listings, SEO, deals and conversion
- Plan and deliver promotions and launches in sync with CRM & marketing
- Lead CRO strategy including testing, analysing and optimising onsite behaviour using CRO tools
About You:
- 2+ years in ecommerce, ideally in a DTC-led, high-volume environment
- Comfortable being hands-on and executional in a fast-paced team
- Strong trading instincts and commercial mindset
- Shopify experience is preferred
- Experience with CRO best practice, A/B testing and funnel analysis
- Knowledge of Amazon seller/vendor tools, product listings and promos would be a bonus
