We are working with a PE backed, high-growth DTC Sports brand to help them hire for a newly created role on their team, a US Ecommerce Manager.
  
The brand is a leader in their space with a loyal global fanbase and a century-long legacy. They have been scaling rapidly, with YoY revenue up by 34% and they have ambitious plans to double this in the next 3 years. Having recently been acquired by investors, they are expanding their digital presence and growing the team so it's an exciting time to be joining.
  
Great team, lots of opportunity and joining at a pivotal time as the business scales. The Ecommerce Manager (US) will own end-to-end website performance for x2 major US DTC sites, delivering growth, better UX and smarter implementation through data-led optimisation.
  
About the Role:
  • Lead development, merchandising, and promotion of two Shopify DTC websites across the US and Canada.
  • Partner with acquisition, retention and content teams to launch new products and campaigns in sync.
  • Manage CRO roadmap with external agency: designing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and scaling results.
  • Oversee all UX and performance metrics: from conversion to page speed.
  • Represent the US DTC perspective internally to secure cross-functional support from product and operations.
  
About You:
  • Strong experience managing ecommerce websites, ideally across multiple brands or regions
  • Hands-on experience with CRO, UX and Experimentation
  • Deep knowledge of Shopify and conversion optimisation tools (e.g. Google Analytics, AB Tasty, Microsoft Clarity)
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive improvement
  • Experience working with design/dev teams
  • Comfortable working across time zones
  • US market experience is preferred
