A global technology organisation is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, product-led growth, and enterprise positioning for their Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) solutions. This is a high-impact role within a growing, well-funded tech business that supports some of the world’s most regulated and mission-critical industries.
You’ll join a supportive, collaborative environment with long-standing team members, strong development pathways, and the stability of a mature global operation combined with the agility of a modern SaaS platform.

The Role
As Marketing Manager for DEM, you will own strategy and execution across positioning, product-led growth, and campaign performance. This includes:
• Developing integrated marketing strategies to position DEM as a strategic entry point into the wider product ecosystem.
• Creating content and messaging that differentiates DEM from low-cost and platform competitors.
• Building vertical-specific positioning for regulated industries.
• Improving product-led growth performance across trial, onboarding, conversion, activation and expansion.
• Leading go-to-market for enterprise DEM propositions.
• Analysing product usage and behavioural data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Supporting monthly DEM feature launches and coordinating cross-functional release comms.
• Balancing brand building with demand efficiency to maximise segment performance.

About You
To succeed here, you’ll bring:
• 5+ years in B2B technology marketing (ideally SaaS, monitoring, observability, or related fields).
• Hands-on experience driving product-led growth and conversion optimisation.
• Strong understanding of digital experience monitoring or synthetic monitoring.
• Proven ability to generate demand and run multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience marketing to technical and IT operations audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success and senior stakeholders.
• Comfort switching between strategy and hands-on execution.

What’s on Offer
A comprehensive benefits package including hybrid working, health and dental cover, enhanced parental leave, life assurance, income protection, travel insurance, EAP, training reimbursement, pension, and the ability to buy/sell holiday.
The organisation is strongly committed to diversity, inclusion, and creating an environment where people can thrive and grow
