The Events & Community Manager will design and deliver an impactful programme of B2B and fan-focused events that grow brand visibility and deepen community connections—online and offline. You’ll shape event strategy, manage ambassador networks and ensure every activation truly reflects the spirit of each IP.

Role Highlights
– Lead planning and execution of major trade and fan events.
– Oversee event budgets, logistics and creative design to ensure delivery on time and within scope
– Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to bring immersive, on-brand experiences to life
– Build and manage influencer and ambassador programmes that amplify fan engagement
– Track ROI, analyse post-event data and present insights to senior stakeholders

You Will Need
– Minimum 3 years’ experience managing B2B and B2C events, ideally within entertainment or consumer products
– Proven ability to grow and moderate online/offline communities and influencer networks
– Confident project management and budget control skills
– Strong creative judgement with exceptional organisation and communication abilities
– Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends during key events
