- Own end-to-end delivery of product launches, brand activations and major live events.
- Coordinate trade show presence, including stand planning, production, logistics and on-site delivery.
- Turn sponsorship opportunities into visible, engaging brand experiences and manage associated deliverables.
- Brief creative partners and production suppliers to deliver stands, staging, experiences and bespoke installations.
- Manage venues, technical requirements, staffing, merchandise, budgets, timelines and post-event reporting.
- Proven experience delivering exhibitions, trade shows or large-scale brand events, ideally within consumer, sport, technology or entertainment.
- Strong experience managing suppliers across venues, production, AV, staffing, merchandise and creative services.
- Confidence translating creative concepts into practical, high-quality physical experiences.
- A calm, hands-on approach with the judgement to resolve issues quickly when working on site.
- Relevant professional experience or equivalent practical expertise, with sponsorship activation experience highly valued.
- Genuine ownership of a varied national and international events calendar.
