Events Executive - Up to £49,000 + benefits - 6 Month FTC - London (3 days per week) - Wealth Management - ASAP Start Date
 
Our client is a respected organisation with a strong regional presence, placing significant emphasis on high-quality, well-executed events as a core part of their marketing strategy. They invest in meaningful, face-to-face engagement to strengthen relationships, support growth, and enhance brand visibility. This role offers hands-on involvement in a busy regional events programme, working closely with stakeholders, partners, and suppliers, while building a strong foundation for long-term career progression within marketing.
 
The Events Executive will focus on the planning, coordination, and delivery of regional events and sponsorship activity, ensuring every touchpoint is professionally executed, compliant, and delivers measurable value.
  • Plan and deliver regional events, seminars, and sponsored activities
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, suppliers, venues, and hospitality
  • Support sponsorship activation to maximise regional visibility
  • Coordinate pre- and post-event communications to drive engagement
  • Ensure events meet brand, regulatory, GDPR, and health & safety standards
You Will Need
  • Experience supporting or delivering events within a marketing function (roundtables, client dinners, gala dinners, conferences etc) - corporate/ financial r professional services / luxury events
  • Confidence managing suppliers, venues, and external partners
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
  • Understanding of compliance, hospitality, and risk management principles
