The Events Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse portfolio of live events, ensuring every production is delivered to an exceptional standard, on schedule and within budget. Working closely with editorial, marketing and commercial teams, you will oversee every stage of the event lifecycle, from concept through to flawless on-site execution.
Role Highlights
  • Plan and deliver a varied programme of live events from initial concept through to completion.
  • Coordinate production requirements including AV, staging, lighting and livestreaming.
  • Manage venues, suppliers, freelancers and external production partners.
  • Oversee on-site operations, schedules and event teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Track budgets, production timelines and operational milestones while maintaining quality.
You Will Need
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale live events.
  • Strong understanding of technical event production, AV and livestreaming.
  • Experience managing suppliers, venues and external contractors.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm, decisive and solutions-focused in live event environments.
