B2B SaaS / High-Growth Tech
Global travel

We’re working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to take ownership of its global events and real-world marketing programme.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves events but also understands the commercial side of marketing. Events are a major GTM and pipeline channel for the business, so you won’t simply be organising logistics – you’ll work closely with Sales, RevOps and Brand to create experiences that get the business in front of the right people and ultimately generate opportunities.

The role covers everything from major industry conferences and a flagship owned event through to intimate dinners, community events and out-of-home campaigns.
There’s also a genuinely international element. The team regularly attends and hosts events across London, New York, Las Vegas, Toronto and beyond, so you'll need to be comfortable with global travel.

What you'll be doing
  • Own and deliver the global events programme as a key pipeline-generating channel
  • Plan and execute presence at major industry conferences and trade shows
  • Produce the company's flagship conference from concept through to delivery
  • Create smaller, high-impact events including executive dinners, partner events and invite-only experiences
  • Work closely with Sales on target accounts, pre-event outreach, meetings and post-event follow-up
  • Partner with RevOps to track sourced pipeline, meetings booked, cost per opportunity and event attribution
  • Work with Brand on creative out-of-home campaigns around key events and industry moments
  • Own event production end to end, including venues, suppliers, budgets, timelines and on-the-day delivery
  • Build strong relationships with venues, partners and suppliers
  • Continuously look for creative ways to make the brand stand out in a competitive market

What we're looking for
  • 4+ years' experience in events, field marketing or demand generation within B2B SaaS, technology or a high-growth business
  • Strong experience using events as a genuine demand and pipeline channel
  • Comfortable working closely with Sales and RevOps
  • Experience measuring event performance and understanding CRM attribution
  • Confident managing budgets, suppliers, venues and multiple projects at once
  • Highly organised and able to deliver in fast-paced environments
  • Creative and willing to try new ideas rather than simply repeating the standard event playbook
  • Comfortable hosting and building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Someone who genuinely cares about creating memorable, high-quality experiences

Experience delivering executive dinners, summits or invite-only events would be particularly useful, as would exposure to OOH or wider brand campaigns.

Why join?
You'll be joining an ambitious, high-growth technology business where events already have genuine commercial importance. You'll have plenty of ownership, the opportunity to build on an established channel and the freedom to create events and campaigns that people actually remember.
