As the team scales, they’re doubling down on CRM as a growth engine and need a sharp, commercially driven CRM Manager to lead the charge. With a loyal customer base and a standout product story, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape strategy and drive measurable results across retention and revenue.
The CRM Manager will take full ownership of email marketing performance, crafting high-converting campaigns and leading CRM strategy from planning to execution.
Role Highlights
– Write clear, persuasive email copy aligned with brand tone
– Build and manage a data-led email calendar tied to business goals
– Own end-to-end CRM delivery and optimisation
– Brief design teams to create high-performing visuals
– Apply best practice and bold testing to drive conversions
You Will Need
– Expert-level Klaviyo user, including flows, campaigns and segmentation
– Proven CRM experience in a DTC brand with commercial results
– Exceptional email copywriting skills with a strategic mindset
– Comfortable managing CRM operations day-to-day
– Confident briefing creatives and collaborating cross-functionally
