– Recruit and guide internal social ambassadors to scale authentic content creation
The Social and Content Manager will need…
– 3–5 years’ experience across organic social and content roles
– Demonstrate hands-on capability filming and editing short-form video content
– Understand creative best practice for both performance and brand-led campaigns
– Use analytics tools confidently to track performance and inform optimisation
– Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers and external agencies
