Role Highlights
– Set and lead the global retail marketing strategy across owned, franchise and partner environments
– Drive consistent retail standards covering store design, visual merchandising, service and operations
– Partner with regional teams to unlock growth opportunities and improve store performance
– Embed consumer insights and data to fuel retail innovation and in-store excellence
– Act as the senior retail voice, influencing cross-functional and leadership decisions
You Will Need
– Senior retail leadership experience within global or multi-market environments
– Deep understanding of retail operations, VM and commercial performance levers
– Proven success delivering retail strategies at scale across multiple regions
– Strong stakeholder influence skills at senior and board level
– Analytical capability to translate insight into actionable commercial outcomes
