Our client, a world-renowned professional services firm, is seeking a Global Internal Communications Lead to define how employees connect with the company’s purpose and leadership. You’ll join a forward-thinking global team within Brand, Communications & Public Affairs, driving an integrated internal communications strategy that keeps every colleague informed, inspired and aligned with the firm’s long-term ambitions.
The Global Internal Communications Lead will bring to life the global strategy through compelling storytelling, creative content and best-in-class digital channels that strengthen engagement across every region.
Role Highlights
– Lead strategic planning to translate the firm’s global vision into a clear, consistent narrative that motivates employees.
– Manage and evolve all global internal channels from intranet and town halls to weekly digests to deliver measurable engagement.
– Partner with senior leadership, including the COO office, to develop content that builds trust, understanding, and alignment.
– Oversee a programme connecting regional communicators and ensuring globally relevant storytelling.
– Use analytics and insight to continually refine strategy, channel performance, and content effectiveness.
You Will Need
– Experience advising C-suite leaders and crafting executive messaging in a global setting.
– Strong background in internal communications within professional services or a complex global organisation.
– Expertise in channel management, analytics, and data-driven reporting on communications impact.
