The Growth & Performance Manager will take full ownership of the performance marketing function, driving measurable impact across acquisition, conversion and retention while shaping a modern, data-led growth strategy.

Role Highlights

- Lead multi-channel paid media strategy across major digital platforms
- Drive revenue, LTV:CAC and conversion through data-led optimisation
- Build AI-ready marketing infrastructure to enable automation at scale
- Own creative testing across UGC, video and high-velocity experiments
- Optimise full funnel performance through CRO and structured testing

You Will Need

- Proven experience scaling paid media across Google, Meta and YouTube
- Strong track record improving unit economics and commercial outcomes
- Hands-on expertise with AI, automation and conversion architecture
- Advanced analytics skills across GA4, ad platforms and testing tools
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
