The Growth Lead will:
- Own the growth strategy across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to engagement and retention.
- Build and scale a culture of experimentation, using rapid testing and evidence-based decision making to unlock growth opportunities.
- Lead paid acquisition activity across key digital channels, continually optimising performance and efficiency.
- Develop lifecycle marketing programmes that improve customer engagement, activation and long-term value.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion performance across customer journeys and digital touchpoints.
- Explore and implement new technologies, automation and AI-powered workflows to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or Demand Generation within a high-growth consumer technology or fintech business.
- Strong hands-on experience managing paid acquisition channels and performance marketing budgets.
- Track record of building and scaling experimentation programmes that drive measurable business impact.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments with high levels of ownership and autonomy.
