The Growth Marketing Director will own acquisition and LTV across digital and offline levers, driving strategy, team leadership, and performance uplift to cement the brand as the UK's number one in its category.
Role Highlights
The Growth Marketing Director will:
- Lead UK&I growth strategy with full ownership of multi-million pound budgets and acquisition targets
- Optimise digital channels (Paid Search, Social, SEO, LLMEO) for efficiency and incrementality
- Evolve creative output via in-house studio and external partners to ensure high-impact, insight-led campaigns
- Drive partnerships across referral, affiliate, influencer and professional communities
- Champion a robust experimentation culture, embedding CRO and funnel optimisation across the function
You Will Need
- Senior growth leadership experience in DTC or subscription-based businesses
- Deep performance marketing expertise across paid channels, CRM, and partnerships
- Strong analytical skills: confident with attribution models, CAC/LTV analysis, and A/B testing frameworks
- Proven team leadership, mentoring and cross-functional collaboration in matrix environments
- Ability to influence creative, commercial, and technical stakeholders with clarity and credibility
