Our client is building a modern in-house marketing studio that blends sharp creative, data-led decision-making and scalable systems to grow a disruptive B2B brand. You’ll join a hands-on team that keeps production, distribution and experimentation in-house, moving quickly from insight to execution across web and paid channels.
This is a founding hire with genuine ownership: you’ll shape how paid acquisition works, how success is measured, and how investment turns into intent, pipeline and revenue - without the comfort blanket of agencies or separate analytics teams.
The Paid Media Lead will own paid performance end-to-end across search and paid social, turning budget into measurable demand with clear attribution and confident investment decisions.

Role Highlights
- Own paid acquisition across search & paid social (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube)
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns: audiences, keywords, bids, pacing and landing-page tests
- Run structured experimentation across creative, messaging and targeting to improve efficiency
- Partner closely with brand, creative, SEO and social to align channel roles and outputs
- Create repeatable playbooks, benchmarks and processes to scale predictable performance
You Will Need
- Proven experience owning paid search and paid social with measurable outcomes
- Strong grasp of intent: demand signals, audience behaviour and cost-to-reach trade-offs
- Hands-on platform expertise (budgeting, bidding, structure, optimisation)
- Confidence owning analytics and attribution: metrics, dashboards, insights and decisions
- Builder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and end-to-end responsibility
- B2B Tech background
