I'm working with a high-growth, venture-backed B2B SaaS business that's scaling rapidly following significant investment and expansion into North America.
They're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own marketing-generated pipeline and build the engine that powers their next phase of growth.
  
This is a rare opportunity to combine enterprise demand generation with product-led growth, working across both an established SaaS platform and a brand-new AI-powered product launch.
You'll be responsible for:
  
✅ Owning pipeline targets and marketing contribution to revenue
✅ Running ABM and demand generation programmes across EMEA and North America
✅ Building acquisition, activation and conversion journeys for a new PLG product
✅ Managing paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing and experimentation
✅ Working closely with Sales, Product and RevOps to build scalable growth programmes
  
We're looking for someone who:
  
✔ Has experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation or revenue marketing
✔ Understands both enterprise sales motions and PLG environments
✔ Is commercially minded and comfortable owning a number
✔ Enjoys building from scratch and thrives in fast-paced scale-up environments
✔ Loves testing, learning and optimising
