Following a period of exceptional growth & investment, they are now hiring for a Head of Acquisition to take ownership of customer growth across multiple international markets.
The Head of Acquisition will lead the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy, driving scalable growth across digital channels while ensuring efficiency, profitability and long-term customer value. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping growth strategy, optimising performance marketing investment and identifying new opportunities for expansion.

About the Role:
- Develop and execute a multi-channel customer acquisition strategy across paid and partnership channels
- Own budget allocation, forecasting and performance planning aligned to commercial objectives
- Drive performance across Meta, Google, TikTok and affiliate marketing programmes
- Lead testing, optimisation and conversion improvement initiatives across the customer journey
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, markets and acquisition channels
About You:
- Proven leadership experience within a high-growth DTC, ecommerce or consumer brand environment
- Strong expertise across paid social, paid search and affiliate marketing channels (deep expertise in Meta is essential)
- Advanced understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution modelling and performance measurement
- Commercially-minded growth leader
- A data-driven approach combined with commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- International market exposure is a bonus
