The Head of Brand will define and execute a forward-thinking brand strategy that fuels growth across organic and paid channels. You’ll oversee agency partners, inspire an in-house team, and champion the creative direction that ensures the brand stands out in a crowded market.
  
Role Highlights
The Head of Brand will:
– Lead and inspire a talented marketing team to deliver measurable brand growth
– Manage agency relationships, ensuring accountability and clear ROI tracking
– Own creative messaging that reflects a bold, tongue-in-cheek brand personality
– Develop and implement testing frameworks including geo-splits, A/B tests and incrementality measures
– Partner with C-Suite stakeholders to deliver brand initiatives that achieve lasting impact
  
You Will Need
– 2–3 years’ proven success in a brand performance leadership role
– A track record of launching creative campaigns that drive growth
– Experience managing teams and external agencies with measurable results
– Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn data into strategy
– Excellent communication, influencing and project management skills
