Due to continued investment in brand growth and market leadership, our client is strengthening their senior marketing function with the appointment of a Head of Brand & Campaigns. This is a pivotal hire designed to elevate storytelling, sharpen creative distinctiveness, and drive stronger commercial impact across major seasonal and always-on activity.

We are working with a high-growth, consumer-focused digital business with a household presence and ambitious plans for further expansion. The Head of Brand & Campaigns will shape how millions of customers experience the brand across every touchpoint, leading integrated campaigns that balance emotional connection with measurable performance. You’ll operate at the intersection of creativity and commerciality, ensuring the brand shows up consistently, memorably and effectively across the UK market.
The Head of Brand & Campaigns will define brand direction while delivering standout 360 campaigns that drive both cultural relevance and revenue.

The Head of Brand & Campaigns will:
– Own and evolve the UK brand narrative, positioning and tone of voice
– Lead end-to-end campaign strategy across major seasonal peaks and monthly brand moments
– Approve creative territories, propositions and messaging frameworks
– Oversee seamless execution across ATL, OOH, PR, social, CRM, app, website and performance media
– Use insight and post-campaign analysis to continuously refine creative effectiveness

You Will Need:
– 8+ years’ experience in brand or integrated campaign leadership
– Proven delivery of 360 campaigns including ATL channels
– Background within consumer, retail, ecommerce or digital-first environments
– Experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams
– Strong strategic thinking with confident creative judgement
