Role Highlights
The Head of Business Development will:
– Deliver ambitious revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets across multiple sales channels
– Expand presence in foodservice, wholesale, and retail through new partnerships and nurturing existing clients
– Lead structured pipeline development and maintain high-quality CRM reporting
– Support enterprise-level deals and contract negotiations alongside senior leadership
– Ensure accurate forecasting and provide data-led performance insights against company goals
You Will Need
– 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales within food, FMCG, natural products, or distribution
– Proven ability to exceed commercial targets and build multi-channel growth strategies
– Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing strategy and unit economics
– Advanced CRM skills (HubSpot or similar), with a rigorous approach to pipeline management
– Confidence in presenting to senior buyers and building lasting client relationships
