Our client is a rapidly growing global technology organisation that helps complex enterprises make better decisions using advanced data platforms. As part of that journey, they are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Head of Community to lead the development of a global technical customer community.

The Head of Community will define and deliver a scalable global community strategy that helps customers collaborate, solve technical challenges, and unlock greater value from the platform.

Role Highlights
– Shape and execute the long-term strategy for a global technical customer community
– Design scalable operating models, governance structures, and performance metrics
– Launch and manage community programmes such as forums, user groups, events, and super-user initiatives
– Enable peer-to-peer support around implementation, configuration, and advanced product usage
– Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
You Will Need – Significant experience leading B2B community programmes in a technology environment
– Proven track record scaling communities from early growth into mature global programmes
– Experience supporting developer, data, or other technically focused user audiences
– Strong understanding of community UX, taxonomy, discoverability, and content strategy
– Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align multiple teams around community goals
